Margo A. Rychtik, born on February 27, 1945, lived a long and meaningful life shaped by warmth, resilience, and a deep appreciation for the simple joys around her. As the daughter of Elmer and Agnes (Mercek) Godersky, she grew up with strong family values and a gentle spirit that remained with her throughout her life. Her passing leaves a tender ache in the hearts of those who loved her, yet her memory continues to shine through the kindness she shared so freely.

Family was at the center of Margo’s world. She is survived by her children—Sue (Gary), Tony, Chris (Christine), and Francis—who carry forward her strength and compassion. Her nine grandchildren and ten great‑grandchildren were her pride and joy, each one holding a special place in her heart. She is also survived by her siblings, Rosemary Godersky, Butch (Caroline) Godersky, and David Godersky, along with her sister‑in‑law, Vi Godersky, all of whom shared in the love and memories that shaped her life.
Margo was preceded in death by her daughter, Marlene Rychtik; her sister, Sarah (Jerry) Habaneck; and her brother, Richard, whose memories she carried with her always. Though she faced loss and hardship, she met life with resilience, faith, and a quiet strength that inspired those around her.
Her life remains a testament to the enduring power of family, compassion, and joy. Those who knew her will remember her gentle heart, her steady presence, and the love she poured into every relationship.
