Catherine A. Angels, 93, of Bristol, Connecticut, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 10, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. Her gentle departure marked the close of a long, beautiful life defined by kindness, elegance, and a deep devotion to the people she cherished most. Catherine’s family takes comfort in knowing she left this world wrapped in love, just as she lived each day—with warmth, gratitude, and grace.
Born on May 18, 1932, in Bristol to Myron and Florence Parker, Catherine grew up in a family rooted in love and strong values. She carried those qualities with her throughout her life, becoming a woman known for her poise, her sweetness, and her ability to find joy in life’s simple pleasures.
Whether sharing a quiet moment with a friend or laughing with her family, Catherine had a way of making every gathering feel special. She took pride in caring for herself, always looking forward to visits with her hair and nail ladies, and she never turned down a favorite treat to satisfy her sweet tooth.
Catherine’s greatest joy came from the time she spent with her family. She adored her children, grandchildren, and great‑grandchildren, and she poured her heart into every relationship. Her home was a place of comfort, laughter, and unconditional love—a space where memories were made and treasured. She was the kind of mother, grandmother, and great‑grandmother whose presence brought warmth and whose love left a lasting imprint on every generation.
She is survived by her children: Timothy (Limor) Angels of Southington, Christopher Angels of Salt Lake City, Utah, and Kelly (Russ) Allen of Chiefland, Florida. She leaves behind her beloved grandchildren—Taylor (Rick) O’Keefe, Ian Angels, Zachary (Elizabeth) Allen, Mackenzie (Joseph) Angels‑Snell, and Corin Coleman—as well as her cherished great‑grandchildren: Molly and Avery O’Keefe, Greyson Allen, Micah Angels, and Joseph and Anthony Snell.
Catherine is also survived by her brother William Parker, her sisters‑in‑law Maureen Parker, Marla Angels, and Anna Angels, along with several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her siblings June Cranford, Kenneth Parker, James Parker, David Parker, Mary Lou Pratt, and by her former husband Thomas Angels.
Calling hours will be held from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. on Friday, April 24, 2026, at O’Brien Funeral Home, 24 Lincoln Ave., Bristol, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. at St. Matthew Church. Burial will take place at St. Joseph Cemetery in Bristol . Catherine’s family extends their heartfelt gratitude to all who have offered love, prayers, and support during this time.
